Philosophy of Art and Aesthetic Normativity | Call for Abstracts

The Annual Conference of the Society for German Idealism and Romanticism

10-11th May 2024

The organisers welcome all submissions pertaining to the broad categories of the philosophy of art and aesthetic normativity. They invite talks that explore the contemporary inheritance of insights from idealism and romanticism as well as talks that fall within the history of philosophy. The conference will take place in person, but talks will also be streamed for attendees who are unable to join in person. Submissions should be approximately 500 words and are due by Nov. 15th and will undergo a double-blind review process. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by January 15th. Abstracts should be submitted to the SGIR at sgircommittee@gmail.com
