The conference is organized by In Statu Nascendi a Sofia-based non-profit organization dedicated to providing easily accessible scholarly materials to students and academics worldwide. Its a peer-reviewed journal encompasses original academic research dedicated to the circle of Political Philosophy, Cultural Studies, Theory of International Relations, Foreign Policy, and Decision-making process. The Journal aims to investigate specific issues through a socio-cultural, philosophical and anthropologist approach to raise a new type of civic awareness about the complexity of contemporary crisis, instability and warfare situations, where the “stage-of-becoming” plays a vital role.

In Statu Nascendi’s competitive submission process
InStatu Nascendi is known for a very competitive submission process and a very rigorous reviewing process. Every submitted paper is subjected to adouble-blind review process. In 2018, we only accepted 44% of submitted papers. In 2019, thus far we only accepted 24% of submitted papers. The main criterion is a judgment of the degree to which the submitted paper contributes substantial new research.
Paper Guidelines
– All papers will be subjected to initial screening and anonymous peer-review by one anonymous reviewer who will be selected by the Members of the Conference Editorial Board. We only accept original, previously unpublished papers with scientific contributions are expected. Every Paper will be classified as original scientific Paper, professional Paper or review Paper. We expect high standards of scholarship within the Papers in terms of establishing the theoretical context, explaining the methods of inquiry, and reporting results that may aid other researchers. Papers may come from any country but must be written in English (Preferably American English). Authors are invited to classify their Papers according to the Conference theme. Submitted and accepted papers will be issued in the Conference proceedings. Every author can participate in up to two Papers (one as an author and one as a co-author). Apart from the Conference proceedings, a possibility will be offered for selected Papers to be published by In Statu Nascendi – Journal of Political Philosophy and International Relations. Papers for publication in journal/s should be modified or extended, according to the requirements of the journal/s, to avoid publication of identical Papers in two places (proceedings and journal/s). Authors whose Papers will be published in In Statu Nascendi will be respectfully asked to agree to assign/transfer their copyrights to the above-mentioned journal.
