Berys Gaut is President of the British Society of Aesthetics; an Editorial Consultant to The British Journal of Aesthetics; and a member of the Arts and Humanities Research Council Peer Review College. He is Professor of Philosophy at St. Andrews. He holds a B.A. from Oxford University (Balliol College), and a M.A. and a PhD from Princeton University.
